Case and sleeve are in acceptable condition, being modest. Discs are in good to very good condition, again being modest because there are no skips during play or scratches on the disc. You can see reflections off the vinyls in the pics because they're that clean and well conditioned.
Fun fact, if you spin this actual vinyl backwards manually it says "erase me" (not that I tried, that ruins the vinyl)
