I always send items as soon as I can, but as I also work full-time, I can only get to the Post Office on my days off - this means I generally send item at the end of the week.
I always refund in full for undelivered lost items, but can only refund the cost of the item (not the postage) for damaged items, due to Royal Mail policy.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, and will be added to your invoice.
I use stiff record mailers with additional stiffeners, often recycled - it's better for the environment!
No quibble returns within 15 days are accepted, with a refund given on the price of the item(s). Return postage and secure packaging is to be arranged at the buyer's cost. Although no-one has wanted to return an item yet!
International orders
