This is the GREG WARREN Two Sides LP, very rare private Canadian Soft Rock AOR record, similar to DON JEWITT/CRAIG RUHNKE, excellent AOR!! Private pressing out of Toronto on the MWA Records label. Vinyl is CLEAN NEAR MINT, comes from Canadian radio station and as such has DJ Sticker on one side of record labels, but record is clean, does not look like it was played much if at all by the radio station back then. The cover has a DJ identification sticker upper left with some clear tape, same sticker on back. Cover has some light corner wear, otherwise solid. Just found this one out in a warehouse full of old Canadian stock, otherwise have never seen it before, indeed a rarity!! Don't miss your chance to pick it up!! Tracklisting...
