Up for sale is an incredibly rare and special vinyl record. Has cosmetic age on jacket and vinyl (see pics). Does not have audible scratches on vinyl, plays clean!!! (Except for the occasional, normal vinyl pop. )

As good as ER, only real. This recording first takes us into the operating room, where a young surgeon is removing a cyst from the neck of a small child. Then we listen through the stethoscope to the heart and lungs of a young woman with rheumatic heart disease—and to a healthy man’s bowels, which reveal that he is hungry.
