This a gently used copy of The Appendage EP by Circa Survive. It's opened, but only listened to once or twice. The outer sleeve has minimal shelf wear, but nothing more than expected: slight scuffs but no major scratches, bends or tears. The inner paper sleeve is a little bent, but those are easily replaceable. The record itself is in new condition.
