The outer cover seems to be from a UK first issue (no mainman logo) but inner and record are a 1972 US first issue. I have no idea why, I bought it this way.

EX (Goldmine VG+) overall condition. Sleeve has minor crate wear, inner is nice, slight creasing. Record has a only couple of hairline handling marks but (as typical for this era US record) pressing quality is not great, thin vinyl, messy run-in etc. Sounds good though.
A bit of a jumble but still a nice collectors copy.
