From my personal collection.  Vinyl looks Very Good, I gave this a listen and it has some slight surface noise.  Has some marks and hairlines but plays through fine.  No barcode on the jacket and has the yellow Harvest labels.  Jacket looks Very Good Plus, has some very light ringwear and corner wear.  Spine is strong.  Paper sleeve has no issues.  Labels have a few spindle marks.
