My dad was a manager of a Goodyear Tire & Rubber store in the 1960s. He had several boxes of these records in his garage. They are new old-stock—never played. They even have the original envelope from the Goodyear Record Department that was enclosed with the records to use to order more. These records did not come sealed in cellophane though. I believe they were meant to be given out to customers as gifts for purchasing a set of tires, or may have been for sale on the store counter and when a customer wanted to purchase one, they were just pulled out of the carton, but for whatever reason, they don't come sealed up.

NOTE: Although these albums are new old stock and have never been played or, in most cases, even taken out of their record covers, they are not without some condition effects due to their age and the fact that they didn't come sealed in cellophane. These condition factors include slight edge wear, sometimes a little chipping and sometimes a tiny bit of surface wear on the covers caused by slightly moving against each other or against the bottom of the carton they were in when the boxes they were in were moved from one place to another in the garage over these many decades.  Additionally, I have found that when I removed the albums that I have sold from their sleeves for shipping, that nearly all of them have swirls, lines or spots of some kind on the vinyl. When I tested some of those records to see if the swirls had an effect on the sound quality, however, I found that they did not. So I believe that these swirls, lines, etc. were either a result of the manufacturing process or else a result of the vinyl being pressed against the paper liner for five decades. But they have no effect on the sound quality what so ever. Lastly, the inner sleeves have discolored due to contact with the cardboard album covers.  (You can tell because the reorder envelopes that were placed in the album covers and against the inner sleeves have left an outline on the sleeves.)

I accept PayPal only for payment. Once payment is received, I usually ship within 24 hours. For shipping, to ensure your record arrives safely, I will remove the record from the inner sleeve, and both will be removed from the cardboard album cover. I will wrap them altogether in bubble wrap or in a temporary paper sleeve with a cardboard liner and then they will be placed in a sturdy cardboard box specifically made for shipping record albums. This is to protect the album cover and inner sleeve from tears and rips and to keep the vinyl itself protected from damage.

If you purchase two or more albums from me at the same time, I will reduce the price of all albums you purchase by $1 each. Albums must be purchased at the same time. (Price reduction will be in the form of a partial refund. If I forget, just remind me and I will send the reduction refund immediately.)

I am able to ship up to three albums in one package. So if you purchase one to three albums from me at the same time, I will be able to ship your albums to you for the same cost (MEDIA MAIL ONLY--U.S.A. ONLY).

I accept returns for refund if notified within 14 days of delivery; however, the items must be in the same perfect condition as when mailed out, and the buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Once the record is returned, I will refund the buyer's purchase price and original shipping cost.
