DESCRIPTION    

You are being offered in a no reserve auction a near mint copy of "WHAT WERE ONCE VICES ARE NOW HABITS" BY THE DOOBIE BROTHERS ON WARNER BROTHERS RECORDS  (W-2750) with the poster.  

This is the USA pressing from 1974. It has no cutouts or barcodes.  

I pack my records professionally. They album is in the cover/sleeve and jacket. It is placed between two pieces of 3/8” thick Styrofoam. The Styrofoam is larger than the jacket and is taped so the record won’t move around. It is then boxed in cardboard. This will be shipped USPS Media Mail/Insured. Media Mail takes 2-9 business days.  

 The photos included in this listing are of the item being sold.  

GRADING :

I use a grading system based on the Goldmine Grading Standard.  I visually grade both the record and the sleeve separately. 

The record is in Near Mint (NM) Vinyl is near perfect. Very likely unplayed.   The cover/sleeve is in Very Good+ (VG+) On the cover, the corners may be slightly bent, but not broken. There may be wear to the seams but not tears or holes. The poster is Excellent. It has no tears, creases or repairs. The color is strong and vibrant and there is no foxing.

I have included photos of the actual item being sold. I have tried to capture its true colors. In some cases, the lighting may make the item appear lighter or darker than it actually is.

Please examine the photos closely to ascertain the condition. (If additional photos are needed, contact me before bidding and I will try to accommodate you.)

If you receive an item that is not in the condition I have described in my listing, please let me know. I want my customers to be pleased with their purchase(s).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BUYER REQUIREMENTS : I reserve the right to cancel sales to Bidders that do not have, in the passed 12 months:

a feedback percentage over 99%   and/or positive feedback from at least ten different Sellers.

WINNING BIDDER: NEW YORK STATE RESIDENT must pay 8.625 % Sales Tax.) Please note, a Buyer with a confirmed PayPal address in NYS is considered a NEW YORK STATE RESIDENT and must pay NYS Sales Tax.

Those with a valid NYS Resale Certificate must provide me with a copy of it or fill out NYS Resale Certificate Form ST-120. This form can be found at this site- http://www.tax.ny.gov/pdf/current_forms/st/st120_fill_in.pdf form. This can be emailed or faxed to me.

INVOICE: On an item purchased, please arrange payment when you receive an eBay End of Auction/Transaction notice or contact me and request an invoice.
PAYMENT : If you would like to know other payment options, aside from PayPal that I accept, before bidding contact me through the eBay, "Ask seller a question".
PayPal is accepted. All items must be shipped to the address confirmed on your PayPal account. PayPal eChecks must clear before shipping. PayPal contacts me when eChecks have cleared.     Payment is to be completed within 72 hours of the close of the auction. If it is not, I reserve the right to cancel the sale.   

POSTAGE: Paid by the Buyer. 

I try to ship items as safely and inexpensively as possible.

Postage labels are printed on line through eBay, discounted postage rates are passed along to Buyers.

Before bidding, I am also willing to discuss using other shipping services. On large items, if arrangements are made prior to the conclusion of the auction, pick up may be a possibility. 

POSTAGE REFUNDS :  

If there is a postage overcharge (of over a dollar difference between the guesstimated Shipping/Handling cost and actual shipping cost,)   the Buyer will be receive a refund.   

 The  Handling Charge is described in detail below..        

When listing auction items, I have guesstimated the Shipping and Handling cost.

(As per eBay Policy, Insurance may be included in the Handling fee.)

Insurance is mandatory on items which, in my discretion, are delicate/breakable or of high value.

Upon an auction ending, the Buyer receives an End of Auction/Transaction notice from eBay. At this time, the Buyer may pay or contact me for the exact Shipping/Handling cost.

If the Buyer requests additional USPS services aside from what I have offered, they will be contacted to pay these costs.

Once an item is paid for, I package it.

HANDLING CHARGE/ INSURANCE: 

  There is a Handling Charge on all items. If you feel this would prevent you from giving me 5 DSR stars (Detailed Seller Ratings) in FEEDBACK, please do not bid. The Handling Charge is a minimum of $2.50. On large items, the Handling Charge will be more. (First Class items have a handling charge of a dollar.) The Handling Charge is to cover any or all of the following:(Packaging Materials-bubble wrap, tape, peanuts, box, tube, Styrofoam sheet insulation, etc.) and My Time (packing, shipping and driving to the shipping location.), Insurance. and eBay Surcharge to Sellers on postage.

SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGE :  

  If you would like you order shipped to an address other than the one eBay has on file either update your eBay Account-Informantion with the address you would like your purchase sent to or as you are making your PayPal payment, add the address your order is to be shipped to.  

  SHIPPING : (All Domestic items are shipped with Delivery Confirmation and/or Insured.)

   Most items weighing over thirteen ounces are shipped via USPS- Priority Mail. I also offer the option of Parcel Select. I will ship First Class Mail when a parcel weighs within the USPS weight guidelines. Media Mail will be used for books, tapes, cd’s and videos. Items will be shipped within accordance to eBay terms in my listing. When your item has been shipped, you will receive an email from eBay notifying you of this. If for some reason there is a delay in shipping, I will contact you.  

RETURN & ADJUSTMENT POLICY:

All correspondence, as is described below, is to be through eBay Messages.

If the item is not as described in the listing and/or as shown in the photos:

The Buyer is to contact me and provide me with clear concise photos of the problem within 14 days from receipt of the item. (The shipper’s tracking delivery date is the date of receipt.) If the Buyer’s complaint is justified, I will work with you to reach an adjustment. If we are unable to agree, I will accept the item back. It must be shipped within 3 business days of me approving return. ( The Buyer is to ship the item back with the same coverage it had when it was sent unless I state otherwise in an eBay email.   The Buyer will be issued a complete refund for the Cost of the Item, all Shipping Costs (including the fee to return the item to me) and Handling charges. The refund will be issued in the same form the item was paid for - PayPal with PayPal, etc.  

INSURANCE CLAIMS will be filed by the SELLER (Me) : 

If an item is damaged in shipping, send me a description of the damage and photographs through eBay. (Please make sure the photos are well lit and in focus.)

I will file a claim with the shipper. You will be reimbursed the original cost of the item and your shipping.

If I request the item back, all of the packaging material must also be sent.

 I will provide you with a postage-paid return label through eBay. Once I receive the item, I will notify eBay to reimburse you.

Do not ship the item back to unless I request it.

FEEDBACK will be left after I have received yours. I have found this necessary since Buyers did not always reciprocate after I had left them feedback.
