THIS IS A NICE COLLECTIBLE
I added some more pictures and took another look at this album I thought I should grade this record and sleeve to be honest, I do not see a single scratch on the record, it looks awesome, so definitely a VG+ the sleeve is also in great shape, it too is probably a VG+ I doubt you will find a better condition opened record
