We have just acquired some more very nice collectibles from "The Old Hippie" who has an immense amount of items still in storage from his old record/memorabilia store (remember those??) from the past. Everything has been kept in storage for quite a long time (mid 90's or so) in a smoke free/pet free environment. This is a very HTF 3" CD which is still sealed in a plastic case, however it has started coming apart in the upper left hand corner off  the CD, but the CD is completely sealed.  It also still has the original price tag from 1993 on the back of the package which adds a nice little bit of nostalgia to it as well.
