This is the 1968 first pressing on the Atlantic Records Blue/Green label VINYL LP of "ARETHA SOUL LADY" (SD 8176) featuring the one and only Aretha Franklin. The very shiny and clean vinyl is in exceptionally nice condition. It has been play tested and produces a great Stereo sound throughout (NO pops or surface noise). It is noted that there are 2 initials by a past owner entered on the Side one label and thus we rate this immaculate vinyl as EX+ to NM as to overall condition. An original Atlantic inner sleeve (with some wear and taping) is included that depicts 108 Atlantic album covers of the day. The outer jacket has some signs of past storage including some cracking (not splits) on seams, softened corners and staining primarily on lower back cover. Nonetheless, this cover will be a good candidate to frame if one is so inclined. We rate the jacket as a solid VG as to condition. A new poly slip-on outer sleeve is included to help preserve this 49 year old gem for generations to come.

The vinyl within the inner sleeve will be separated from jacket during shipment to help guard against seam damage to the outer jacket.
