Nice condition! Looks like very little wear. 10 3/4" long top to bottom. Comes in a generic clear plastic sleeve which is, of course, bent and crunched on the corners just like most of them that housed these picture discs.
The medal is the AON medal (stands for Art of Noise). No discoloration. Catalogue number WOK P 6. 45 RPM.
