The Beatles - Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band

This is a UK original Mono LP pressing. This is the rare UK export copy. It comes with fully laminated gatefold sleeve which has inner flipbacks. The gatefold sleeve is manufactured in Germany & has the "Odeon" logo on the rear sleeve. These were imported for use in the UK. It comes with a UK pressed "Parlophone" Mono LP. it comes with its original company plain paper inner sleeve. For some reason these Parlophone/ Odeon copies seemed to generally not come with the familiar psychedelic inner sleeve.  

The record has black & yellow "Parlophone" labels. They have "The Gramophone Co..." and "Sold in UK..." texts. The "KT" tax code is stamped around the spindle hole on Side 2's label. The matrix numbers are XEX 637-1 and XEX 638-1 matrix stampers. The mother stampers are L 1 and A 1. The card "cut-out" insert is missing.

 

Gatefold Sleeve: There is some mild rubbing wear to the corner tips. There is some light to mild ringwear too. VG++ condition.

Vinyl: There are moderate sleeve rubs which can be seen under a strong light, and about 4 light marks. Good++ condition. The labels are clean & show mild spindle wear. Plays VG+ overall & Near Excellent in many places. There is some light, or very mild, crackle in some quieter places. A very reasonable playing copy. The inner sleeve is in VG++ condition.

 

Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).

Postage for 1 LP in the UK is £4.50. You can add one extra LP for free (up to the weight of 1kg).

Postage for 1 LP in Europe is £6.65 to £7.85 (depending on weight). Add £1.25 for each additional LP up to 2kg.

Postage for 1 LP for the rest of the world is £7.75 to £11.50 (depending on weight). Add £2 for each additional LP up to 2kg.

 

Insurance is necessary if this item exceeds £20. Overseas buyers will add £5.50 extra (plus an additional £2.50 if the item value exceeds £70).
