This is the original 1973 Warner Brothers Stereo vinyl LP green label release of Alice Cooper's " Billion Dollar Babies " (BS 2685). It is rare to find this original LP album with BOTH original inserts (see photos) in following conditions: (1) The Billion Dollar Bill: no added writings or crease slits but with a very tiny tear (untaped) at bottom edge 3.75 " from the side edge (EX+) and (2) The complete 10 photo cards un-detached from the inner gatefold jacket (NM). 
The embossed outer jacket (the billfold) is in solid condition with the perforated photo insert still completely attach toe the left inside gatefold. The right inside gatefold has the slotted cover to place the included Billion Dollar Bill insert (see above paragraph). The jacket side seam is full legible with no seam splits on all 3 sides. Each of the jacket corners have softened over time and some light wrinkles can be seen on front and rear covers. We conservatively rate this outer jacket condition as VG to VG+ (Goldmine standards).
The shiny vinyl with olive green label has been test played on each side. It is noted that visually only very minimal inner superficial scuffs on each side can be seen with the exception of a more pronounced area on Side 2 where the observed scratches on first two tracks do create a couple of noticeable but not overwhelming skips on track 2 (Generation Landslide) about midway through the first paragraph of the lyrics. The overall STEREO sound is quite impressive with this heavy metal vinyl. Due to the aforementioned skips we rate this vinyl condition conservatively as VG to VG+.  
The vinyl does in the original lyric inner sleeve with the group color photo on the reverse side. The inner sleeve has a tear on the right sleeve margin that has been taped. Otherwise the inner sleeve is quite nice and all lyrics are fully legible.

The vinyl will ship within the inner sleeve but be separated from jacket during shipment to help guard against seam damage to the outer jacket and the loose Billion Dollar Bill insert will remain within the gatefold of the jacket.
