Record: VG+VG+ (Both sides have faint surface, can still hear clearly)  Labels: VG++VG++   Sleeve: VGVG (Some wear along the edges and corners. There is surface wear on the front with a piece of the surface off at top right. Some surface wear on back from record. Few creases on the front)
