This is a lovely copy of the rare original 1971 Green Grass I Ålborg LP by Green Grass, on the Danish Spectator label.
The LP is graded as VG+ (I don't use Ex, so NM would be the next grading up), with some very occasional crackle and two light hairline marks, one of which is audible for a couple of mild clicks (which are mostly obscured by the music). Overall it plays extremely well and sounds excellent.
The sleeve is also in great shape with just some mild wear and light creasing. There is a name (Lasse) written in blue pen on the back cover, as shown in the photos. It's pretty in keeping with the art so is not very noticeable.
