Up for auction from 1956 George Jones debut album (Grand Ole Opry's New Star) Starday Records LP-101 1st USA Original Pressing. Was purchased from an old long gone Record Store in Northampton MA has been sitting in storage for 35+ years played once since this auction. COVER: VG- Has some dried tape removal residue around spine borders not sure why this was done as spines are intact with no splits has a tear on front with some storage wear, and a bit of discoloration on back from it's 61 years of age is overall still very presentable. RECORD: Both sides are a strong VG+ to VG++ Has some scuffs, angel hairlines, light scratches some of these I can just barely catch with my nail is overall a very glossy clean copy as shown, and both sides play the same. LABELS: Are nice has some light spindle marks. Comes in a generic protective inner sleeve. Overseas bidders please message me for shipping prices, as I do insist on tracking. Thanks and Good Luck!
