I DIG VINYL 4 U uses the traditional lp mailer boxes and places one 12 x 12 lp cardboard sheet on either side of the album. If the album is not sealed, we take the vinyl out of the cover and place it behind the cover and Cling Wrap one of the cardboard sheets behind the cover and the vinyl, so the vinyl does not move about in shipping and damage the lp cover. We put "fragile" stickers on the front and the back of the outside of the box.We grade our records by the following scale:
MINT (M: Looks possibly unplayed)

NEAR MINT (NM: Close to looking possibly unplayed)

EXCELLENT  (EX: Better than VG but below NM)

VERY GOOD  (VG: Minimal visual or audio imperfections)

GOOD  (G: Some signs of wear and tear but is still playable)
