I believe this record is from the 60s 

The front of the cover has a colorful picture of a young boy dressed in a raincoat and boots with an umbrella standing in water from the rain falling

The back of the cover has black and white pictures of other Happy Tunes records along with the titles of the songs on this record

If you remember playing hide and seek, then this record will make a nice addition to your childhood record collection or for your own children. 

The Label is yellow with black writing

Cover: VGVG+ (Slight wear along the edges and corners. Bit of surface off at top right corner on front. Dirt on back from age. Few creases along edges on front)        Vinyl: VGVG (Side A 1st track has couple skips. 2nd track has skip at very beginning, otherwise very faint surface noise, Side B has surface noise.)                 Labels: VGVG (Both sides have scribbling with wear around the center hole)
