My clearout continues!

I'm now clearing our a batch of classic rock, prog and 60's LPs that I bought in a collection a few years back, a pretty complete collection but I don't really need all the titles. Watch this space for more titles.......

you're bidding for:

RCA Plant Washington Gold Leaf LP NM/EX Only 200 made! 1970 Elvis Presley

cat: WT-1

Stunning LP pressed to commemorate the opening of the RCA manufacturing Plant in Washington Co. Durham 7th May 1970. Only 200 pressed and issued to the management, senior engineers and dignitaries when the plant opened, I got mine from an engineer who worked on the design and build. Side 1 is the RCA orange label with various big selling RCA artists of the time, (Elvis, Archies(!) NilssZager & Evans, Jose Feliciano...etc) whereas side B is the RCA Red Seal label featuiring their classical rosta. The whole package is a thing of beauty, lavish gold leaf all round and around 8 glossy pages and plastic sheets bound inside, it documents the build of the plant, the history of the area and shows pictures from the finished plant inside (see pics)
The vinyl is in stunning shape, NM, the original owner said he never played it and I haven't, so he sleeve is EX+ with sharp corners and a lovely clean spine. Both labels are NM and there's no writing anywhere on the labels or sleeve.

Good luck bidding! Smoke free, pet free house.
