Record: VGVG (Both sides have surface noise, can still hear clearly)  Labels: VG++VG++   Sleeve: VGVG (Some wear along the edges and corners. Small amount of tape was used at the top and bottom edge. Some surface wear on front and back from record. Bit of surface off bottom left corner)
