Disco Masterpiece DM-5001
the Vinyl is VISUALLY Graded: Vinyl looks VG++; The vinyl is
clean, though this is by no means an audiophile pressing. The
Hollywood-side labels are off-center, with the run-out groove going
into the label-paper;
The Trammps medley labels
are properly centered.
This appears to be an obscure and rare re-pressing
of the version that came out around 1978, which itself was a vinyl pressing based on an
EXTREMELY rare Sunshine Sound acetate mix.
Here's the track listing for the Trammps side:
The youtube video of the acetate
is a bit longer than this pressing, overall. "
Zing Went The Strings Of My Heart" "
Trammps Disco Theme" (very brief) "
Stop and Think" "
Where Do We Go From Here" "
Don't Burn No Bridges" (overlaid / long blend with) "
Soul Searching Time" (then overlay ends - with more of just...) "
Soul Searching Time" "
Love Epidemic" (overlaid / long blend with) "
Disco Party" "
Disco Party" /
Montreal Sound "
Music" edit (then back to) "
Disco Party" (then back to) Montreal Sound edits (another brief section of) "
Disco Party" (then back to) Montreal Sound edits "
Oh Waa Hey" (very brief) "
Can We Come Together" (very brief) "
Body Contact Contract" (with phase shifting) "
Where the Happy People Go" (with phase shifting) (this then fades out sooner than on the longer youtube video of the original acetate)
The other side appears to be a short version of the widely pressed
and easily available "Hollywood" medley, on MANY different pressings.
It's this hard-to-find
Trammps side you want!
