This is QUESTION MARK AND THE MYSTERIANS 96 TEARS 1st PRESS 1966 MONO LP Cameo Records C-2004.    Just acquired this from the estate of a life long collector who did play this one a lot, the vinyl has several light to moderate surface marks/scratches on vinyl, but does play through fine with some noise of course.  Name written in marker both sides of labels.   They made vinyl much better back in the day, thick quality!!  Anyway, cover is solid with NO splitting, bright colors on front.  Back cover has name written on side.   Great deal on this one, top copies of this original MONO version do sell for over $100!!
