This is for one great lot of 5 vinyl 12" records from the early 1980's. This lot includes three records by Bow Wow Wow, one 12" by Bananarama, and one 12" Promo by Spandau Ballet. I have described these records to the best of my ability (below).
1. BOW WOW WOW, 12" single, Prince of Darkness b/w Sinner, Annabella, UK Import, EX
This is an original UK Import pressing of "Prince of Darkness" b/w "Sinner, Sinner, Sinner" by Bow Wow Wow. It was released in 1981 by RCA Records, UK # RCAT-100. It is in excellent condition. The thin import cover/sleeve is also in excellent condition. My date of purchase is lightly written in pencil on the inner portion of the sleeve. It is very easily erasable.
2. BOW WOW WOW, 12" single, Chihuahua b/w Golly, Golly, Golly, Annabella, EX+
This is an original pressing of "Chihuahua" b/w "Golly, Golly, Golly" by Bow Wow Wow. It was released in 1981 by RCA Records, US # PD-12339. It is in excellent plus condition. The cover is in “VG+” condition. There a small notch cut (front bottom left) and some wear (from 34 years of storage). My date of purchase (4-18-1984) is lightly written in pencil on the generic white inner sleeve. It is very easily erasable.
3. BOW WOW WOW, white label PROMO 12" Love, Peace and Harmony, ANNABELLA, RARE, EX+
This is a RARE White Label PROMOTIONAL copy, and original first pressing of the 12 inch 45 rpm "Love, Peace and Harmony" by Bow Wow Wow. Side A is backed with Side D. It was released in 1983 by RCA Records, USA # JD-13595. I purchased this 12 inch record "brand-new", and as with most of my records, played it once and filed it away for safe keeping. It is in "excellent to near mint" condition. The cover is also in excellent condition. There is a white Demonstration stamp on the back cover. My date of purchase (2-23-1984) is lightly written in pencil on the inner sleeve. It is very easily erasable. This is for a Rare 12" single by Bananarama & Fun Boy Three of "He Was Really Sayin’ Something" (7:54) b/w “AIE A MWANA” (7:54) and “AIE A MWANA (Dub Mix)” (4:38). It was released in 1982 by London Records, USA # LLD-101. I purchased this 12 inch single in "brand new" condition. I played it once, and filed it away for safe-keeping. The vinyl record is in "near mint" like-new condition. The outer cover is also in near mint condition. The opened shrink wrap still covers it nicely. There is a tiny price sticker on the front outer shrink wrap. My date of purchase (8-16-1982) is written in pencil on the generic white inner sleeve.
5. SPANDAU BALLET, rare DJ PROMOTIONAL 12" single, Instinction, Glow, 1982, NM
This is a RARE Promotional DJ copy and original pressing of "Instinction" (6:55) b/w “Glow” (8:10) by Spandau Ballet. This 12 inch, US single was released in 1982 by Chrysalis Records, # CDS-2598-DJ. The vinyl record is in near mint condition. I purchased this record "brand-new", played it one time and filed it away (as I did with most of my records). This record has those nice big, fat grooves for great sound. The record is in "like-new condition". The generic outer sleeve is in excellent condition, there is a gold "Loaned For Promotion" stamp and hype sticker on the front cover. My purchase date (4-9-1984) is lightly written in pencil, it is very easily erasable.
