Description: Up for your consideration is the next in a series of unique Lps, this one by Tommy Stewart.

A few unique things about this item:
Firstly, this record retains the original shine with a few very light marks and fingerprints  grading by sight in normal room light.  I'm sure if you took this and put it under a 1000 watt bulb, you'd probably find something that makes it less than mint.  If you're that kind of collector, let me suggest this auction is not for you.

I don't claim this record is mint.  Based on past experience and visual examination, I'd expect the tracks to average better than VG+(excellent) with some scattered very light surface noise such that might be heard on just about any record.  If you want an audio grade of an entire record, no problem, just drop me a note well in advance of the end of auction.  You can then assign your own grade based on my comments on what I heard and the GRADING SCALE BELOW!.     

Keep in mind how it plays for me may differ than how it plays for you based on differences in audio equipment. 

Secondly, at the time of this listing, no current offerings on e-bay for a white label DJ copy on this label!!!  One current offering on the Internet for $291 for this issue !!

I am using the Goldmine scale of G=Good(1), VG = Very Good(2), VG+ = Very Good Plus(excellent)(3), NM = Near Mint(4) when grading the disc(s). 

Here is a summary of the record(s):

Labels:White with black print.   No stickers, no pen/pencil marks, a few spindle marks. Trailing wax:Side 1: "T AXLP 1550 Side 1-4 OAW Mastering".  Side 2: "T 1 AXLP 1550 Side 2-3 OAW Mastering" Inner sleeve(s):A generic sleeve will be included.    Cover:Top/bottom seams are unglued completely, NOT split.  A fair number of short to long crinkles.   Moderate to heavy wear on the corners, a few creased tips.  Slight/moderate general/ring wear.  No stickers, no pen/pencil marks, no seam splits (the top/bottom seams are UNGLUED).  Re-glue the seams and rate it VG at best.  You can assign your own grade based on my comments. Additional criteria I use when audibly grading records for people:

NM(4) = absolutely nothing wrong at all (very rarely happens--I've even opened sealed records and they don't play Near Mint) 3.5-3.9 = very, very light surface noise 3.1-3.4 = very light surface noise, very light pops VG+(3) = up to light pops and light surface noise (below this, one's enjoyment is affected, very subjective) VG(2) = up to medium pops and moderate surface noise G(1) = up to heavy pops and heavy surface noise

I normally ship a single record in a standard 12.5 x 12.5 x 1 record mailer.  Weight with box is 1 pound 1 ounces. Shipping is $3.17 Media Rate (1-2 pounds) + $1.20 box/tape/pack + $.50 handling = $4.87.
Alternatively, I can ship in a  14 x 14 x 6" box. Weight with box is about 1 pound 11 oz. Shipping is $3.17 Media Rate (1-2 pounds) + $1.70 box/tape/packing + $.50 handling = $5.37.

This auction is currently set to ship in the smaller box.  If you want the larger box, let me know and I'll send an appropriate invoice.
