OH MY, THIS COLLECTOR CONDITION 1963 VINTAGE VINYL LP BY THE LEGENDARY JOHNNY CASH WILL SURELY MAKE A WONDERFUL GIFT TO ONE WHO ENJOYS CHRISTMAS MUSIC PLAYED ON VINTAGE VINYL !
This is a 1963 first pressing vinyl stereo LP album by the legendary Johnny Cash entitled " The Christmas Spirit " Columbia (CS 8917). This album is in "Collector Condition" and comes with an original Columbia inner sleeve. There are twelve (12) wonderful tracks in all, many composed by Johnny Cash reflecting on his childhood during Christmas time. Familiar tracks include " Blue Christmas ", " Silent Night " and " The Little Drummer Boy ". The album concludes with a musical setting of Edna St. Vincent Millay's poem, " The Ballad of Harp Weaver ".
CONDITION of VINYL: The very shiny and scratch-free vintage stereo vinyl has the Columbia "Two-Eye" 360 Sound labels. We have test played the entire LP and found the playback to be exceptional throughout. We rate this vinyl as a solid Near Mint (NM) using goldmine guidelines. The original Columbia inner sleeve is included (taped slit at bottom center edge).
CONDITION of JACKET: The outer jacket is very clean front and back. All seams are crisp and the spine is fully legible. We rate the condition of this jacket as Near Mint (NM) under Goldmine guidelines. A new poly slip-on outer sleeve is included to help preserve this 55 year-old album so it may be enjoyed for mnay future Christmas holidays !
The vinyl within the inner sleeve will be separated from outer jacket. A heavy duty LP record mailer will be used with inserts and ample bubble wrap. Never a packing charge.
