The four piece supergroup, comprised of Damon Albarn (BLUR), Paul Simonon (The Clash), Simon Tong (The Verve) and Tony Allen (Fela Kuti), are set to return 11 years after the release of their eponymous debut in 2007. The new album centres around a nostalgic view of the past and is a reaction to our uncertain political times. The project will launch with a short video piece, which will introduce the concept of the album visually with excerpts of the music along with a narrative from the band.
