I am selling a super rare, 7" record by The Nite Owls - a 60s garage band from New Mexico, who cover the Rufus Thomas classic "Walking the Dog" (side 1) and "Please Let the Sun Shine" is on side 2.  This was released on Red Feather Records label, catalog #161718.
