You are bidding on an original deep-groove RVG stamped "P" pressing of Hank Mobley "Rool Call" on the West 63rd labels of Blue Note BLP 4058. ONE OF THE MOST SOUGHT AFTER COLLECTIBLE LP.
Issued in 1961, the album featured legendary musicians as Wynton Kelly, Freddie Hubbard, Art Blakley, and Paul Chambers.

Tracking:
"Roll Call" - 10:33 "My Groove Your Move" - 6:07 "Take Your Pick" - 5:27 "A Baptist Beat" - 8:54 "" (, ) - 6:47 "The Breakdown" - 4:57
The playing surface is in excellent condition, with inaudible splotches that are typical of records that have been stored for a long time in the original inner sleeves; four inaudible handling marks at the beginning of Side 2; perhaps played very few times.
I've playtested the LP by my system of Thorens TD-124 with SME3012R and Ortofon S15T. Hooked up with CELLO Palette preamp and CELLO Duet 350 amplifier, with RED ROSE Classic Speakers. The record played superbly on both sides with no issues. Labels are clean on both sides (see photos).  I, therefore, graded the vinyl Near Mint /Near Mint for both side 1 and side 2.
The laminated cover is in extraordinary condition. Bright and clean throughout, with sharp corners and perfect seams.  The back slick is stamped "Property of WRVR" (I've researched and found that WRVR was the premier jazz station in NYC that is now no longer exists.)  Illustrated inner sleeve is included.

I WILL PACK THEM STRONG FOR A LONG JOURNEY. DON'T WORRY!
