There are lots of versions of this LP, from what I can tell this is "Blue Swirl" vinyl from 2006, which 500 copies were made.
Since this has NO COVER and hand written on inner sleeve this could possibly be a test pressing but don't hold me down on that one. I purchased this from Amoeba Records in Hollywood within the past year.

The record label has a date of 2006 on it so i'm guessing it is not a reissue.
