GOODYEAR TIRE & RUBBER COMPANY'S

 GREAT SONGS OF CHRISTMAS

BY GREAT ARTISTS OF OUR TIMES

NEW--NEVER PLAYED!

Rare--you don't see this #5 Great Songs of Christmas vinyl record become available in new, unused condition too often! Recorded by Columbia Records, Special Products Division for the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. Release date: 1965. Album five in the series. Record number CSP 238M. Format: Vinyl, LP, compilation, limited edition, MONAURAL

NOTE: Monaural means the sound was recorded using only one channel. It can be played on a stereo, but it won't have the depth of sounds that a stereo record would have when playing on stereophonic equipment. However, it still sounds good and is very enjoyable if you don't need those extra sound layers.

My dad was a manager of a Goodyear Tire & Rubber store in Bellflower, California in the 1960s. He had several cartons of these records that didn't get sold in the store that year that were found stored in his garage upon his demise. They are new old-stock—never played.

NOTE: These albums are new old stock and have never been played or, in most cases, even taken out of their record covers (except when sold--I take the records out to keep the covers intact), so THE VINYL RECORDS ARE IN NEW, NEVER PLAYED MINT CONDITION. However, none of these albums, which were sold in-store right out of the carton, were sealed in cellophane. Therefore, none of the covers of the albums that I have are in absolutely pristine condition because of their age, the effects of being in contact with the cardboard carton and the cardboard covers of other albums for so long and from being moved while in the carton from one place to another over the decades. The album covers all have some slight edge wear, cover wear or might have a little chipping or discoloration on the front or back. So, even though these are new records, I am listing the covers as in excellent+ condition. Also, the paper inner sleeves have all browned because of being in contact with the cardboard of the album covers for over 50 years.

PAYMENT

I accept PayPal only for payment. Once payment is received, I usually ship within 24 hours.

SHIPPING

For shipping, to ensure your record arrives safely, I will remove the record from the inner sleeve, and both will be removed from the cardboard album cover. I will wrap them altogether in bubble wrap or in a temporary paper sleeve with a cardboard liner and then they will be placed in a sturdy cardboard box specifically made for shipping record albums. This is to protect the album cover and inner sleeve from tears and rips and to keep the vinyl itself protected from damage. I will then ship the album by United States Postal Service Media Mail.

If you wish to have your album arrive within 3 days, I will need to send it via Priority Mail. This will cost more than double the Media Mail price, depending upon how far you live from California (my location). Contact me for a price if you want me to ship your record by Priority Mail.

COMBINED SHIPPING

If you purchase more than one album from me, I can place up to 3 albums into one carton.  The first album will cost $4.00 to ship, the second will cost $4.50 and the third will cost $5.00 to ship. (MEDIA MAIL ONLY. Check with me if you are interested in combined shipping using Priority Mail.) Purchases must be made at the same time for combined shipping.

RETURNS

I accept returns for refund if notified within 30 days of delivery; however, the items must be in the same condition as when shipped. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Once the record is returned, I will refund the buyer's purchase price and original shipping cost.

If you have questions, please ask and I will respond to you within 24 hours.

Thank you for viewing my listing.
