ALBUM DESCRIPTION: This is a 1990 Columbia House vinyl LP version of " No Fences " by the one and only Garth Brooks (Columbia 1P8042). This album is still in the opened tight manufacturer's shrink wrap. The album consists of ten (10) great tracks including mega hits " The Thunder Rolls ", " Two Of A Kind, Workin' On A Full House ", " Friends In Low Places ", " Wild Horses " and " Unanswered Prayers ". The back cover of the outer jacket has the following statement at the bottom lower left corner:

 "This album previously available on Compact Disc and cassette only, is now available in this record version as a special service to Columbia House members. It has been manufactured from the original master to meet the most exacting industry standards". 

VINYL CONDITION: The shiny vinyl with the CAPITOL maroon label looks to have had only minimal past play or handling. PLEASE NOTE: We have fully test played each side with very nice playback generally. However, we have detected a few quick skips on Side 2 Track 1 (Wild Horses). Accordingly, we must downgrade the vinyl's overall condition to Very Good Plus (VG+). Included is the original generic inner sleeve.

JACKET CONDITION: This outer jacket is still in the opened original manufacture's shrink wrap (very slight tear at upper right cover side).The jacket cover is the LP version with the CD sized photo.This cover will be a nice candidate to frame if one is so inclined. The back cover lists the ten tracks with songwriter credits. There is some ring wear on the shrink wrap (front and back) from past storage, softening of the corners where the record is inserted and a very small tear of the shrink wrap at upper left front. We rate this outer jacket condition as Excellent Plus (EX+). A new poly slip-on outer sleeve is included to help preserve this collectible gem of an LP for many years to come !

The vinyl within the inner sleeve will be separated from outer jacket. A heavy duty LP record mailer will be used with inserts and ample bubble wrap. Never a packing charge.
