The best country music band of all time as rated by both consumers and professionals! This is their Greatest Hits lp with favorites included such as My Home's in Alabama (Live in concert!), Tennessee River (Live in concert!), Why Lady Why, Old Flame, Feels So Right, Love in the First Degree, Mountain Music, 40 Hour Week, She and I, and The Fans. People who normally do not listen to country music ask me every time I play this in my car or in my home office "Hey, who is that? They sound good!". I gladly tell them the name Alabama...WITH...PRIDE. They always say Mountain Music is their favorite upbeat song with My Home's in Alabama as their favorite soft song or ballad. Very upbeat, Bluegrass style country music. Other songs like 40 Hour Week are a good mix of rock and country although not as hard as Southern rock like Allman Brothers or Skynrd. If you like the more Rock style of Country music like Hank Williams Jr., Sawyer Brown, etc, this is the best country band OF ALL TIME!
