Rare Bruce Springsteen "I Wanna Marry You" & "Be True" 45 RMP 7" record from Japan. COmes with generic Sony sleeve and lyric insert. See below for grading. 

Vinyl: EX++.  So close to NM. Looks unplayed, although I played it once to grade play. Two extremely light brush marks probably from paper sleeve on Side A, so light I couldn't photograph them. Labels are perfect. See all pictures. 
Sleeve: Generic Sony 7" sleeve common with Japanese issued 7" is VG+, also includes picture lyric sheet which is EX with no sharp creases, tears or wrinkles. Lower left corner looks like it was bent but not creased. See all pictures. 
Play Grade: EX. Sounds great. No noise, clicks or pops. You won't be disappointed.
