CONDITION: NEW with shrink wrap issues. The shrink has heavy markings that appear to be on the surface and any effect on cover is undetectable, due to being sealed. (offered as has been described) see images. As described above. (I have "lifted" the plastic shrink away from the surface in a strong attempt to discover any markings on cover) If you do not feel that you can accept the record album as described, you may want to pass.
