Cash, card & PayPal is accepted if collecting your item in person (drop in anytime Monday to Friday 9.30am-4pm) from our warehouse:

Payment & collection within 7 days please, we do not have space to hold items for any longer.

Paid items that are not collected within 4 weeks unless agreed will be relisted.

Any questions will be answered during our 9am - 5pm office working hours Monday to Friday.

If you have any problems with your purchase, please get in touch with us through the item first before leaving feedback. We are a well respected non-profit charity seller, we list our items as accurately and honestly as we possibly can. We want our customers to be completely happy with their items and will always try to sort out any problems for you.

Items listed as 'spares or repair' or as 'untested' are items that are faulty or simply that we can't test at our warehouse, so please bid accordingly. We recommend that electrical items are tested by a professional electrician.

We do not have a 'buy it now' price on our auction style items, we will not end these auctions early.

If an item is listed as 'collection only', this is because the item is oversize for our courier service, too fragile for transit or that we do not have the resources to package the item.

We will not send ‘collection only’ items or package them for couriers.

We will always try to combine UK postage where possible.

If you do require combined postage please do not pay for any of your items until you have finished bidding on all items.

We're very happy to combine as many items as possible up to DPD’s 15KG limit – this service is £5.95.  If your parcel is smaller than 52cm x 40cm x 20cm we will send it on their cheaper £4.95 service.  Both are tracked.

Due to the delicate nature of paintings, if they are above a certain size we will have to send separately – we will let you know if this is the case.

We no longer post to the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, PO Box-postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25 due to the high cost we are charged.

European and World customers

For International shipping, we have enrolled in eBay's Global Shipping Programme. We are no longer are responsible for the prices of International delivery, the prices quoted are eBay's prices and they themselves will send an invoice & combine shipping for you.
