The cover has wear, dirt, wrinkles or other bruises.

The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated.Many scratches(or deep scratches) and surface marks, surface  noise or clicks.

The cover has seam splits, tears and other major damage.

  G

The record should be just playable but will display considerable surface noise and may even jump or skip. 

The cover and contents will be badly torn, stained or defaced.
