Up for auction is the iconic Outlaw Country LP "At Folsom Prison" by Johnny Cash on Columbia Records #CS 9639 from 1968. I believe this to be the original 2-eye Stereo pressing and not a later reissue. I bought a small collection of sealed LP's that were all from this same time period and it does not have the bar code on the back and the price sticker shows the sale price of $4.99 from $5.98. This is a real beauty in stunning condition. It will be shipped in a sturdy record mailer in a protective plastic sleeve. Don't miss out! Please see my other auctions for more rare records.

Despite little initial investment by Columbia, At Folsom Prison was a hit in the United States, reaching number one on the charts and the top 15 of the national album chart. The lead single, a live version of "Folsom Prison Blues", was a top 40 hit, Cash's first since 1964's "".
