Here is the rarer green vinyl edition on AMS released for Record Store Day some six years back as opposed to the regular black vinyl........ It contains SIX additional tracks and includes the films original version of the 'Soldiers Story' and the soundtracks extended 'TheTrio' gunfight sequence not available on the World-wide releases in the 60's. In my opinion the original album was a disappointment with the track selections, and this release is now the album that should have been on sale back then. There are now extra ''main theme'' selections and a lot more important scenes that were simply omitted.

Why pay a lot more elsewhere from dealers on eBay when you will get the same service here from a genuine movie music collector.......... and Post Free in the UK.

Own Ennio Morricone's masterpiece that has become a film standard ( the ''Ecstasy of Gold'' sequence is used in film editing courses as a perfect example of sound and vision in perfect harmony ) . . . . . I have included photos of the insert that is from my opened personal copy so you can view. I have many more mint copies that l will list at later dates as l am slimming down my library.

You will receive a copy that is not shrink wrapped, but in a resealable jacket (as this was how it was supplied to me by Juno Records). It appears that they were supplied this way in cellophane. If you are expecting a shrink wrapped copy, please do not bid.
