I'd love to grade this record VG+. Alas, while most of it is VG+, there is a flaw on the opening track, Farmhouse. There is a jump in the playback and the line "she didn't stay when things got tough" cuts out of the first chorus. It doesn't skip or pop loudly, it's more like a clean jump from part of the groove to another. You can cue the record from Farmhouse and it will play through this hiccup. I was not able to remedy the defect with a trip through the spin clean, but I guess it is possible that this is caused by dirt and not a scratch, or was a manufacturing defect. I just don't know.
Otherwise, the records play back great, is flat, clean, glossy, and in strong VG+ condition. The rest of the tracks sound fantastic. The original insert is included, the original sleeve has been replaced with an anti-static inner.
