This set includes the books and records from Story 1, Story 2, Story 3 and Story 5, but only the record from Story 4.  Not sure how well the records play as I was not able to play them but they look like they are in good shape.  The books have seen better days, some have tears and worn spots in them and spilled liquid stains.
