I believe this set is from the late 40s

Labels are burgundy with gold writing

The front of the cover has a very colorful picture of Johnny Appleseed and a black and white photo of Dennis Day

The inside of the front cover has a synopsis of the story and the Story of Dennis Day

The inside of the back cover has a colorful picture of a clown the little engine and toys

The back cover has titles of other RCA Victor Records for Children.

Condition: Cover: VGVG (Crease on both sides from records. Wear along the edges with some tiny tears. Wear with creases at corners. Tear on front towards right edge next to the letter "D". Tear on top and bottom of binding. Some of the titles are underlined with a pen) Vinyl: Record 1 VGVG (Both sides have surface noise, can still hear clearly) Record 2 VGVG- (Side 2 has surface noise, Side 5 has some pops at beginning, has quite a bit of surface noise. Can still hear clearly on both sides) Record 3 VG-VG (Side 3 has quite a bit of surface noise, Side 4 has surface noise, can still hear clearly on both sides) Labels: VGVG (Side 1 has a scratch mark with a bit of wear around center hole.
