INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (outside of Australia)

All international mail is sent as tracked via DHL. It is essential you have your current email address registered with eBay as DHL will send initial communication to you regarding your delivery to this email address. It is your responsibity to ensure you read and understand this email. If you don't receive an email please contact us immediately. We have collections 3 times a week for international mail, please note there may be a 2 day delay (our handling time) before your order is collected and the tracking goes live. Customers from Central and South America - please add an extra 3 weeks onto your estimated delivery time. Mail is quick to arrive to your countries but extremely slow to clear for delivery. Please only proceed with your purchase if you acknowledge the additional wait time.
