This is a awesome collection for the BLONDE ON BLONDE fan. 
First there is the Janus CONTRAST ALBUM (JLS-3003), which is very clean but does show a couple of scratches. The Cover does fold open showing the large photo of the backside of a female.  The crease  and edges does show wear, And There Is ALBUM Ring Visible.
The Picture Disc is a 7" Picture Disc of A Whole Lotta Love & Make me smile.
The Magazine is OUI October 1980 showing Jilly Johnson & Nina Carter (Blonde on Blonde) in their rawest form on page 98 & 99.
