However we do our best to research each item and describe it as accurately and honestly as we can. Combined Shipping

We are happy to offer combined shipping wherever possible, please send us a message before paying so we can amend your invoice.

Local Collection

Buyers are able to collect their winning items from our Furniture Showroom which is open Monday to Saturday 9am - 5pm, please go through checkout and choose 'local collection' as the postage option. Your item should be ready for collection within 24 hours once we have received payment, but please let us know when to expect you.

We are unable to hold paid items for longer than a maximum of 4 weeks, items not collected within this time period will be resold without refund, unless prior arrangement has been made.

Payment

We accept payment via Paypal or card only. Items not paid for within 7 days will have an unpaid item case opened against them.

Postage

 We aim to dispatch items within 2 working days of receiving payment. All items are sent via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class or DPD Next Day services. Occasionally items outside of DPD sizing will need to be sent via another suitable courier.

 We are enrolled in eBay's Global Shipping Programme so its easy to post items worldwide, however we have no control over the extra shipping costs, this is automatically calculated by eBay.
