Record: VG+VG+ (Both sides have faint surface noise, can still hear clearly)   Labels: VG+VG++ (Side A has a couple scratches)  Sleeve: VGVG (Creases on both sides from record. Front has some dirt from age. Some wear along the edges and corners. One tiny tear on front top open edge) Size: 7"  45 RPM
