Ok bidders I know nothing about how these are graded. When Good comes before Mint I am lost. I found this one and all the others I am listing in a closet of a old house. The record looks good but needs a cleaning. I see a couple of small, light scratches on it. Nothing big at all. I took pictures of both sides of the Cover and Sleeve for you to judge condition. Corners and edge of cover a little dinged. The sleeve has a few corner folds.
