The record looks barely played and grades EX+. The previous owner has written 3'37 in pen on side A label.
The sleeve has some edge/corner wear. Some ring wear/rubbing marks with more on the back. Some light creasing with more along the top opening edge. No splits or tears and the sleeve grades VG+.
