The vinyl is graded as Mint as it's still sealed, obviously we can't know this but we have to assume it for grading purposes. The loose polyvinyl sleeve is still complete with no rips or tears and the perforated edge is clear down one side. The sleeve looks in EX+ condition inside the sleeve, sharp corners, lovely clear spine text and no signs of wear from storage.
